Description
This training course aims to give trainees knowledge and understanding in handling aggressive behaviour and allows trainees to view realistic scenes and be tested on their knowledge retention. Unfortunately, aggressive behaviour is something we all can encounter in our daily lives. Handling these interactions can be difficult, as the wrong technique can jeopardise the safety of yourself and those around you. When a conflict escalates, you run the risk of disruption and violence that can have grave ramifications. This training course will demonstrate how to avoid such mistakes, and is suitable for personnel at all levels who might encounter aggressive behaviour in public.
